Michael Neser’s juggling act leaves the fraternity bemused

The Big Bash League match between Brisbane Heat and Sydney Sixers had a sensational finish when Heat allrounder Michael Neser caught Sixers batter Jordan Silk, who was going great guns at 41 off 23 balls, in the 19th over just inside the boundary rope, threw it in the air, went outside the field of play and then tossed it up again with both feet in the air. He then completed formalities inside the boundary rope – a legitimate grab as per the rules – as the Sixers got close to achieving a record chase in the history of the tournament.
