Bangladesh earned their second successive ODI series victory over India after securing a five-run win in the second game of the three-match series, at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur on Wednesday. The chief architect of the victory was Mehidy Hasan Miraz, who hit his maiden ODI ton to resuscitate the hosts from a precarious position. The all-rounder added that Bangladesh, at the fag end, were ready for Rohit Sharma, who didn’t open due to a thumb injury but instead came in to bat at No 9 and nearly saw India home.
Mehidy Hasan is having the time of his life 👏
