Mitchell Starc takes a sharp catch in his follow-through

David Warner’s quickfire 75 and Mitchell Starc’s 4-fer guided Australia to a comfortable 31-run win over West Indies at the Gabba, on Friday, as the hosts clinched the two-match series 2-0.

Right after dispatching Mitchell Starc over the ropes, Kyle Mayers drilled a low full toss straight back to the left-arm quick, who reacted swiftly to hang on to the dying chance in his follow-through. The early strike notwithstanding, West Indies struggled to find any momentum and were eventually limited to 147 for 8, as a result.

Brief Scores: Australia 178/7 in 20 overs (David Warner 75, Tim David 42; Alzarri Joseph 3-21) beat West Indies 147/8 in 20 overs (Johnson Charles 29, Akeal Hosein 25; Mitchell Starc 4-20) by 31 runs
