Adil Rashid’s wonderful catch sends Haider Ali packing

England scored a big 63-run win over Pakistan in the third T20I, with middle-order batters Ben Duckett and Harry Brook laying the foundation of the victory as they helped the visitors to a mammoth 221/3. Pakistan were then restricted to 158/8 at the National Stadium on Friday evening as England took a 2-1 lead in the series. The sweet victory comes just a day after the visitors had suffered a 10-wicket thrashing at the same venue.

Adil Rashid grabbed a smart catch at point to remove Haider Ali as Pakistan’s top-order failed to contribute in the tall chase. Shan Masood revived the innings with a 40-ball 66 but his lone effort couldn’t get the hosts anywhere close to the target.
