Ollie Robinson replaces Matthew Potts for Manchester Test

Ollie Robinson has been included in England’s XI for the second Test against South Africa at Old Trafford. The 28-year-old seamer will take the field at the expense of Matthew Potts as the hosts look to refresh their attack following their innings defeat at Lord’s.

Robinson’s appearance in Manchester will mark his return to the Test format after a lengthy spell on the sidelines since the last winter’s Ashes Test in Hobart. The setbacks have put on hold a fine start to his Test career. In nine Tests so far, he has 39 wickets to his credit at an average of 21.28.
