Steve Smith’s evening didn’t go as per plan as he got stuck in a lift for over an hour on 30th December 2021. Smith took to Instagram to let the world know of his predicament. The Aussie Test vice-captain stated that he was stuck inside the lift, and the doors were not opening. Smith added that the lift was probably out of service, pointing towards a digital display in the elevator. Marnus Labuschagne made things a little better for his senior by offering some chewing gums through the tiny gap between the sliding doors.
