This footage of Don Bradman displaying his batting technique is a fascinating insight into the way the great man struck his runs. 'The Don' is often considered the greatest of all time, having struck 6996 runs at an average of 99.9, slipping below 100 only due to that most famous of ducks in his last Test match. The technique of the legendary Australian, though, will no doubt raise a few questions amongst the advocates of cricketing correctness, with Bradman producing some shapes that would render him somewhat vulnerable in the modern game. A different time indeed.
