Lauren Bell won the women’s Hundred ‘Play of the Day’ award for this beauty during the Southern Brave’s victory over the Oval Invincibles on Monday. Bell completely beat the Invincibles number ten Natasha Farrant for pace, pitching the ball right up and finding the base of off stump. Bell took the exemplary figures of 3-22 off 20 balls as the Brave bowled their opponents out for just 85 off 94 balls, falling well short of the home side’s seemingly modest total of 115-3 off their allocation.
