Mohammad Rizwan, Pakistan’s ever-lively, ever-chirping wicket-keeper, took a superb catch to earn his side their ninth wicket on a dramatic day of Test cricket. The take was ultimately in vain, as the obdurate Kemar Roach eventually dragged his side over the line with one wicket to spare, but it still deserves to be admired. As Warrican top-edged the ball high into the air, Rizwan sprinted back towards the fine leg boundary, taking it mid-air as he dived full-length, giving his side some ultimately false hope of victory.
