South Africa lock horns with England in the first ODI of the three-match series at the Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein. The series opener marks the long-awaited return of England pacer Jofra Archer, whose last appearance for England came in March 2021.
South Africa have lost both openers and are struggling to pull out the big hits. The hosts reigned supreme in 16 of the previous 24 ODIs played at Bloemfontein, including eight of the last nine. Interestingly, though, England have won every game they’ve played at the venue.
