Steve Smith becomes the second player to score consecutive centuries in the Big Bash League, galloping towards the milestone in just 56 deliveries during Saturday evening’s fixture against Sydney Thunder.
Smith smacked an unbeaten 125 of 66 balls at the SCG, the fifth-highest score in the history of the tournament, backing up the century he scored against the Adelaide Strikers in Coffs Harbour earlier this week.
