Mohammed Siraj’s wobble seamer castles Wanindu Hasaranga

Mohammed Siraj set the tone in India’s defence of a massive 391 with a wicket in just the second over, getting Avishka Fernando caught at wide slip. Kusal Mendis edged behind to the ‘keeper while Nuwanidu Fernando chopped on. Meanwhile, Mohammed Shami had Charith Asalanka slicing to point as Sri Lanka slipped to 39/4. India were relentless in attack with Siraj bowling an extended spell in which he got the better of Wanindu Hasaranga with a wobble-seamer that jagged back in to hit the top of off-stump.
