Rishabh Pant injured in serious car crash

Indian keeper-bat Rishabh Pant has been hospitalised after the car in which he was travelling from Delhi to Roorkee met with an accident early morning on Friday, December 30. Pant is out of the woods now, though he has sustained ”two cuts on his forehead, a ligament tear in his right knee, injuries to right wrist, ankle, toe and has suffered abrasion injuries on his back”, as per BCCI’s statement.

Pant was given treatment at Saksham Hospital in Roorkee before he was transferred to the Max Hospital in Dehradun, as per the official BCCI release.
