Jack Leach and Joe Root took five wickets between them to put England in command of the second Test in Multan. The hosts are eight wickets down for 169. Jack Leach got rid of the well-set Saud Shakeel (63) and proceeded to account for Mohammad Rizwan (10) after Ollie Robinson clean bowled Babar Azam (75). Pakistan won the honours on Day 1 as debutant leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed scalped seven wickets and helped his side bundle out England for an underwhelming 281.
