Mohammad Rizwan congratulated England for their historic win at Rawalpindi in what was their first Test in Pakistan after 17 years. The 30-year-old said that the hosts will bounce back in the remaining Test matches in Multan and Karachi. It is noteworthy that Rizwan went past 5000 international runs during the series opener, becoming the 28th Pakistan player to achieve the feat. The second Test is scheduled to be played from December 09.
Great game of cricket in Rawalpindi Test. Kudos to England for such a brave declaration and extraordinary efforts to get the game away from us.
We will bounce back, in sha Allah.
