Liam Livingstone to make Test debut, Ben Duckett recalled

Ben Duckett has been drafted to England’s Test XI after six years, for the first Test against Pakistan, scheduled to be played in Rawalpindi. The southpaw has played only four Tests, the last of which came against India.

He will be joined by all-rounder Liam Livingstone, England’s limited overs specialist, who is set to make his Test debut. Livingstone averages 38.36 in first-class cricket but has been in sizzling form in limited-overs cricket, which includes his exploits in the Pakistan Super League. With England picking only three frontline bowling options, Livingstone will be called upon to roll his arm over.
