Malan nicks behind as England set out to chase revised target of 364

Travis Head and David Warner played blistering knocks of 152 and 106 respectively as Australia posted a mammoth total of 355/5 in 48 overs. The match has been reduced to 48 overs per side due to rain that hampered the match, and the total has been revised to 364. England have lost Dawid Malan early in the chase.

Earlier, Jos Buttler won the toss and opted to bowl in the third and final ODI at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Tuesday. The hosts have already sealed the series after winning the first two games.
