Australia openers David Warner and Travis Head gave a strong start to their side in the chase of 288, against England in the first ODI of the three-match series. Steve Smith also crossed the 50-run mark, but Marnus Labushchagne couldn’t make an impact as he was undone by a smart catch diving to his right from Jos Buttler. For England, David Willey scalped two wickets while Chris Jordan took one wicket as Australia were inching towards a victory at 206/3 at 30.2 overs.
