Ashton Agar pulled off a stunning effort in the deep in the first ODI against England to prevent a well-set Dawid Malan from fetching a six against Pat Cummins. The Australia all-rounder timed his jump to perfection to catch the firmly-struck ball one-handed and flicked it back onto the field before his feet landed on the ground. Malan’s superb 134-run knock eventually ended as Adam Zampa dismissed him with around five overs left in the England innings. He couldn’t quite supply the late flourish but did a great job to revive his team after they were down in the dumps at 118/5.
That’s crazy!
