Left-handed opener Tagenarine Chanderpaul has earned his maiden call-up to the Test squad for the upcoming series against Australia. All-rounder Roston Chase and middle-order batter Shamrah Brooks return to the fold as Cricket West Indies announced a 15-member squad for the two red-ball games in November-December. Tagenarine, who has amassed 2669 first-class runs in 92 innings, including 5 hundreds and 10 half-centuries, has convinced the selectors with a fine showing in the 2021-22 season of the domestic four-day championship.
