Pakistan continue to dish out bowling heroes. Tonight it was the debutant Aamer Jamal who was the star performer. He was given 15 to defend the final over and he did so against the dangerous Moeen Ali. 146 should not have been adequate but England played poorly in the powerplay as they lost 3 wickets and opened the door for Pakistan who just slammed it down with their middle-overs spin strangehold. England will have to recalibrate their strategy going forward on these low and slow wickets, and they will be hugely disappointed to be lagging in the series after finding themselves in winning positions while chasing.
Some tight bowling in defence of the 146-run target ⚡
