Reprieved on nought, Asif Ali scored 16 off 8 to put the game in Pakistan’s lap. Bhuvneshwar conceded 19 in the penultimate over, with Asif doing the bulk of the damage to rub salt in India’s wounds. India were sloppy when it came to handling pressure in the crunch overs and let the match slip from their grasp.
