Fakhar Zaman’s sloppy fielding lends India bonus runs

Mohammad Rizwan’s rollicking half-century and Mohammad Nawaz’s tactical promotion (42 off 20) helped orchestrate Pakistan’s second-highest run-chase (182) in the UAE as they beat India by five wickets in Dubai to avenge the defeat last week. It was yet another thriller that went down to the wire.

Fakhar Zaman misfielded twice in the 20th over and allowed India an extra seven runs on the board, but Pakistan would be happy that those extra runs didn’t hurt them too much as they crossed the line thanks to some inspired hitting by Asif Ali, who was let off by Arshdeep Singh.
