Rahul Dravid tests positive for Covid-19

Indian head coach Rahul Dravid has tested positive for Covid-19 and would not be travelling to the UAE, immediately at least. According to Cricbuzz, Dravid was set to leave for Dubai on Tuesday, August 23, from Bengaluru but the positive Covid-19 result has forbidden him from doin so. VVS Laxman, who has been filling in for him whenever and wherever he was not present, is likely to be taking up the duty in his absence once again. India will be playing their campiagn opener against arch-rivals Pakistan on August 28.
