A partnership between Alex Davies and Ross Whiteley threatened to take the game away from London Spirit but once again the bowlers did well to not let them boss the chase. That became the recurring theme of the evening as Spirit kept pulling back things by picking regular wickets. 31 runs into the fourth-wicket stand, Davies hit one straight to long off, off Mason Crane. Jordan Thompson returned 2 for 32 as Spirit bagged their third win on the bounce.
