Sam Curran and Tom Curran enabled Oval Invincibles’ exciting triumph over Northern Superchargers at The Oval on Thursday, August 11. Chasing 158, Invincibles were heading towards doom at one stage before Sam breathed life into the innings. While he did the hard yards with a sublime half-century, the elder Curran provided the finishing touches with just three deliveries to spare. Although the fact that skipper Jason Roy’s poor form continued would cause a few worry lines in the Invincibles and England camps.
