Welsh Fire and South Braves were squaring off on Wednesday, August 3, at the Kennington Oval in London, England. Southern Brave put up a fantastic show in the previous season of the Hundred competition. The James Vince-led Southern Brave went on to clinch the first edition of the tournament last year by pipping Birmingham Phoenix to the post.
Josh Cobb could have been run out after a dodgy call as wicketkeeper flicked the bails having received the loopy throw from the bowler. He then threw the ball at the non-striker’s end where Chris Jordan dislodged the bails causing two runouts in just one ball.
