A week after making it to the Commonwealth Games squad, 17-year-old Alice Capsey has been handed her first international cap as England aspire to close out the T20I series against South Africa. They’ll rue the services of captain Heather Knight, who sustained a hip injury in the last match and has decided to sit out this game. Freya Davies came in for Issy Wong while South Africa went with the same side.
Laurva Wolvaardt was clean bowled by Katherine Brunt, who picked up her 103rd scalp in this match to become England Women’s highest ever wicket-taker.
