Spinner Gareth Delany gets the big wicket of centurion Martin Guptill as New Zealand inch closer to the 250-run mark. Henry Nicholls, however, has taken off at the other end, bringing up his fifty in just 38 balls. It would need something special from Ireland to restrict the Blackcaps to anything less than 330. Guptill broke free here after scoring his century, picking up back to back boundaries and New Zealand will be disappointed if they don’t get breach 350. Ireland need wickets desperately. Andy McBrine has been the most economical bowler for the hosts.
