Shardul Thakur redeemed himself as he bagged the prized scalp of Ben Stokes. His full delivery was smacked towards mid-on and Jasprit Bumrah took a diving catch to leave the England skipper stunned as he ran out of luck to depart for 25. Just one delivery before his eventual dismissal, Stokes had flat-batted the ball in the same area, and Bumrah dropped a low-lying catch to hand Stokes his second lifeline after Shardul put down a skier. He wasn’t third time lucky though as Bumrah took a spectacular catch on the very next delivery.
