Rishabh Pant fifty puts India back on track

It's been a top fifty from Rishabh Pant who is proving to be a vital cog in India's wheel.
The visitors will be quite chuffed with that recovery after having been reduced to 98/5. Pant is looking right in his element and Ravindra Jadeja is batting with the sense of assurance he routinely exhibits. These two will have to do the bulk of the scoring in the final session as well as India aim to claw their way back into the contest.

4,4 and 6 – that is how Pant took Jack Leach to the cleaners. The southpaw knew it was time to cash in when the left-arm spinner was introduced into the attack and wasted little time in hoarding the runs.
