Leach ripper beats everyone on its way to the fence

One has to say it’s been an interesting hour of play. Neither England nor New Zealand are giving away an inch. Daryl Mitchell and Tom Blundell are willing to play the waiting game. The keeper-bat has scored some timely boundaries while Mitchell has stood firm like a rock at the other end. The lead is slowly climbing and it stands at 172 during the drinks break. Jack Leach got a couple of balls to spin big, with one turning so sharply that after going past the outside edge it beat the keeper as well. Leach thought he had his man but there was no wood as the cherry whooshed past everyone to go for four byes.
