England-Netherlands 2nd ODI trimmed to 41 overs per side

Netherlands have won the toss and have opted to bat in the second ODI versus England at the VRA Cricket Ground, Amstelveen. The game has been reduced to 41 overs. Water seeping under the covers was the reason action was delayed, but a bit of rolling means the playing conditions are good to go. The pitch is pretty much the same, but might just assist spin a bit later on, says Dominic Cork at the Pitch Report. Both teams are out in the middle now. Vikramjit Singh and Max O’Dowd will open as usual, with David Willey to open the bowling for the visitors who are favourites to seal the series tday.
