Yet another failure for Mominul as Mayers raps him on the pads

Former Bangladesh captain Mominul Haque is going through a terrible time with bat in hand. The inswinger on a fuller length, with the seam nicely tilted in, does the trick as Mominul gets the front foot far too across and had to play around it. The bat-face was closed as a result and he couldn't get it to come in front of the pad in time to prevent his pads as umpire Joel Wilson after a thought adjudged it out. Mominul had a word with non-striker Mahmudul Hasan Joy and referred the on-field verdict, but it's umpire's call on hitting, so the original decision stands. Bangladesh are in a mess early in the morning on Day 3.
