Philip Salt (122 off 93) and Dawid Malan (125 off 109) blew Netherlands to smithereens but they were both eclipsed by Jos Buttler, who walked out to bat after both of them and finished with a whirlwind 162* off 70 balls. Liam Livingstone went berserk at the death, smashing 66 off 22 balls, including 32 off an over by Philippe Boissevain. England hit an awesome 26 sixes to finish two runs shy of the first-ever score of 500 in ODI cricket.
