In what turned out to be a Test match where momentum was as volatile as nitroglycerine, Jonny Bairstow explored all corners of the ground and thwacked an astonishing 92-ball 136 to power England to a gutsy five-wicket win against New Zealand. Ben Stokes also played his role to perfection with a brisk unbeaten 75 as England took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. If that's how England are going to play their cricket under Stokes and Bendon McCullum, then it's going to be one hell of a ride.
Oh Jonny 🙌
