(Video) 87 runs off the second session as New Zealand lose Devon Conway

Devon Conway reached his fifty with a reverse sweep for a four off Jack Leach. But an attempt to execute the conventional sweep brought about his downfall as he handed a catch in the deep to Jonny Bairstow. He departed for a well-made 52, and England lost a review soon after, for a leg-slip catch off Will Young. Replays revealed that there was no bat involved. Earlier, James Anderson went up in appeal a couple of times against Young in the 25th over, for caught-behind and lbw, but there was no damage done. He is now batting on 56.
