Babar Azam is eating records for breakfast these days. The Pakistan captain has developed a happy habit of toppling a record in almost every appearance of late, and on Friday, Babar attained another massive feat. The right-handed lynchpin scored 77 off 93 balls in the second ODI of the series against West Indies, and with yet another fifty-plus score under his belt, he once again entered the record books. It was his ninth-consecutive fifty-plus score, which is now the longest streak for any batter in international cricket.
End of another fantastic innings from @babarazam258 👏
