The Indian team gathered at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Monday for its first practice session before the five-match T20I series against South Africa. Skipper KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik spent copious amounts of time honing their skills. Having made his way back in the national fold on the back of an impressive IPL season, Karthik practiced a variety of shots – including both versions of the ramp. Yorkers were Bhuvneshwar Kumar's priority, and he nailed most of those with bowling coach Paras Mhambrey keeping a close watch. Pace sensation Umran Malik even had Deepak Hooda chipping one straight at him.
