Quinton de Kock clobbered an unbeaten 140 to give Lucknow Super Giants a spot in the IPL 2022 playoffs but they now face a nervy wait with their top-two finish relying on other results going their way. Kolkata Knight Riders were in hot pursuit of 210 for about 12 overs but suffered a wobble thereafter. Rinku Singh took KKR tantalizingly close but a dramatic double-wicket finish saw LSG seal a vital two-run win. LSG became the first team in the history of T20 cricket to not lose a wicket and bat out 20 overs in the first innings.
