Suryakumar Yadav has been sidelined for a longer period than expected, at least for four weeks. Yadav got hit on his left arm while taking a run during MI’s match against Gujarat Titans on May 6. Apart from being ruled out of the rest of the Indian Premier League season, he could potentially miss out on a few games of the South Africa series as well. India are scheduled to play five Twenty20 Internationals against the Proteas at home from June 9 to 19 after the IPL ends on May 29.
