Gill brought up his fifty off 42 balls and upped the ante with a couple of well-executed boundaries against Chameera. The youngster ended up with 63 to place Gujarat in a respectable position after they were found wanting at 15/3 on a pitch that wasn’t exactly a batsman’s friend.
