Australia's tour of Sri Lanka is set to go ahead this summer, as scheduled, despite the recent internal conflicts going on in the island nation. Confirmations to this effect came from both the boards – Sri Lanka Cricket and Cricket Australia – on Thursday, April 28, as per Cricbuzz. The tournament came under jeopardy expectedly because of the political and economic crisis unfolding in the country but an Asian Cricket Council (ACC) official has said that they will plan their moves after seeing how the Australia tour goes.
