Abhishek Sharma and Aiden Markram scored a boundary each off Rashid Khan in the 15th over as the legspinner finished his quota with 0 for 45 – his third most expensive IPL figures. Abhishek, however, fell in the next over, inside-edging an off-cutter from Joseph onto the stumps. He departed for 65 off 42, leaving SRH at 140/3 in 15.1 overs. Earlier, Abhishek went over midwicket for two sixes off Rashid in the 12th over as he brought up a 33-ball half-century. It had been a satisfactory start for SRH as they reached 53/2 in the Powerplay.
A brilliant FIFTY for the #SRH opener Abhishek Sharma 👏👏
