Cheteshwar Pujara fought a lone battle as Sussex found themselves in choppy waters by stumps on the second day against Worcestershire. After allowing Worcestershire to post a massive 491 on the board, resuming from 338/5, Sussex made a shaky start with the bat, losing opener Alistair Orr for a golden duck. The wicket brought Pujara out to the middle very early but tied one end up. Mohammad Rizwan was sent packing for a first-ball duck as Sussex lost three wickets without adding a run at one stage.
We end today on 169-5 with Cheteshwar Pujara unbeaten on 85. 🏏
