Pakistan opener Abid Ali has been cleared to get back on the international circuit four months after undergoing angioplasty. He was diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome in December last year after complaining of chest pain while batting in a Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match and had to undergo angioplasty a day later. Abid had been undergoing conservative cardiac rehabilitation since December last year and was allowed to play a local T20 tournament in Faisalabad recently.
