It’s never that easy for a team to hit the ground running in such a fiercely-contested tournament like the IPL but Sunrisers Hyderabad would have still not seen a heavy defeat coming in their campaign opener where they were outplayed with both bat and ball. The false start wouldn’t augur well for a team that finished at rock bottom last season. But SRH do have the think tank in Dale Steyn, Brian Lara, Muttiah Muralitharan and Tom Moody to help the franchise return to winning ways.
