Despite losing Yashasvi Jaiswal in the seventh over and Jos Buttler in the ninth, RR were able to maintain the brisk scoring rate. Samson crunched a stroke-studded 27-ball 55 while Paddikal ended up with a rollicking 29-ball 41. The highlight of Samson’s innings was the way he slog-swept and pulled Washington Sundar for two sixes in the 17th over.
