(Video) Travis Head slams 2nd fastest ODI hundred by an Aussie opener

Travis Head has continued the rich vein of form as he smacked 101 runs against Pakistan in the 1st ODI. The 28-year old left-handed batter opened the innings for Australia who opted to bat first. Along with captain Aaron Finch, Head stitched a partnership of 110 runs off just 88 balls to get Australia off to a rollicking start.

Head finished with 101 runs in 72 balls with 12 fours and 3 sixes to put Pakistan bowlers to the sword. In the partnership worth 110 runs, Head added 77 runs in 52 balls while Finch added just 23 runs in 36 balls, playing the role of the anchor.
