(Photo) Sri Lanka, Ireland confirm historic tour of Pakistan

For the first time, Pakistan is set to stage the ICC Women’s Championship games in their home country when they lock horns with Sri Lanka in three One-Day Internationals and three Twenty20 Internationals in May-June, the Pakistan Cricket Board stated on Monday. The matches will provide preparatory grounds for the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Birmingham and Asian Games in China. As part of the ICC Women’s Championship, Ireland will embark on its first-ever tour to Pakistan, where they will contest in six white-ball matches (three ODIs, three T20Is).
